Resolve to Evolve for 2009
The next new year is fast approaching, and following close behind are the litany of resolutions that we all adopt in order to make the upcoming twelve months as productive and satisfying as possible, both on a professional and personal level.
This year, rather than making promises to yourself and finding that only a few short months later you've broken each and every one, try writing them down and committing yourself to seeing each of these things through to the end. You'll be surprised how easy any change can be, if you build a plan that supports your efforts. When something becomes a daily focus in your life, the likelihood that the changes you seek will become permanent!
